BOARD OF DIRECTORS

 

Col. Muhammed Sani Bello (Rtd.)                                                                          Chairman

 

Col. Muhammed Sani Bello, a retired Colonel in the Nigerian Army, is the Chairman, Board of Directors MH Healthcare Ltd. He is a former Governor of Kano State and he also held various offices in the Nigerian Army. He has served in various Boards and sectors in Nigeria amongst which are as the former Chairman, Nigerian Table Tennis Association, Chairman, Continental Merchant Bank Plc, Globe Re-Insurance Plc, Chairman, Law, Union & Rock Insurance Plc etc. He also served as the Nigerian High Commissioner to Zimbabwe (1984 – 1986). He is on the Board of many companies – MTN, Huawei, AMIF (a petroleum servicing company) to mention a few.

 

 

Olumide Falohun                                                                                                      Vice-Chairman

 

Mr. Olumide Falohun is a graduate of the University of Paris, France where he obtained double honors in Political science/Economics. He began his insurance career with Glanvill, Enthoven Insurance Brokers in 1981 and later joined Leadway Assurance Company Limited in 1985 where he rose to the position of General Manager before leaving in October2004. He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School and the Swiss insurance training school.  He was Managing Director and CEO of Law Union & Rock Plc between 2004 and 2010 before he resigned to start his own company.

 

 

Wiggle G. U. S. (ACII)                                                                                                Director

 

Mr. G. U. S. Wiggle has over 24 years working experience in Insurance, having worked in various capacities in Underwriting & Marketing. He has held various positions at the management level in the Insurance industry and he is currently the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Linkage Assurance Plc where he has been able to successfully lead the team that concluded the merger and integration of the new Linkage Assurance Plc. He is also a Governing Council member of Nigeria Insurer Association (NIA) and currently serves on the Board of several companies in the organized private sector. He is an Alumnus of Swiss Insurance Training Center, (SITC) Zurich.

 

 

Olu Abayomi Sanya                                                                                                 Director

 

Mr. Olu Abayomi Sanya has been overseeing the affairs of Goldman Assets as Managing Director from inception. He is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACIMA), Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (ACIS) and a dealing clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

Mr. Sanya obtained a B.Sc in Finance and Banking in 1987 from the University of Lagos. He is also a product of Stanford Business School, USA and currently has over 15 years of experience in assets management, investment banking and securities training. He started his career with Chase Merchant Bank (later Continental Merchant Bank) before moving to the United Kingdom, where he worked on some primary market issues (IPOs) while studying to become a management accountant. In 1990, he joined Capital Bancorp Limited, member of NSE where he was the Head of Capital Markets before his appointment as founding Managing Director of Crosswords Securities Limited, a member of Nigeria Stock Exchange (NSE).

 

Steve Onyemah                                                                                                       Director

 

Mr. Onyemah holds a first and second degree in Educational Management/Political Science and Personnel Administration respectively from the University of Ibadan. He worked at African Development Consulting Group Limited as Head, Human Resources/Outsourcing Unit. Between 1995 and 2000, he headed Integrated Corporate Services Limited (Human Resources/Outsourcing Outfit). He developed Wardrate Consulting Limited in 2002 as the Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Onyemah has been engaged in human resources consulting for several companies in the past 15years. He is an Alumnus of Lagos Business School.

 

Damilola Femi-Agboola                                                                                            General Manager

 

Mrs. Damilola Femi-Agboola has a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Science from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife and a Master’s degree in Public Health from University of Ibadan. She is a registered Nurse/Midwife with Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria and has over 10 years working experience in healthcare industry. She worked as a medical executive at Mediplan Healthcare Ltd in 2011 and later with University College Hospital (UCH) before resigning to join MH Healthcare. She is a seasoned speaker and has attended numerous seminars and workshops. She is currently the GM/CEO of MH Healthcare Limited.

Our company has affiliation with medical facilities in Europe, South Africa and other parts of the world for specialist medical treatments.

Furthermore, we have concluded arrangements for partnership with other health insurance companies and air ambulance companies in others parts of the world, to provide access to treatment abroad when required and as defined by the National Health Insurance Scheme.
