Our Medical Cover

In line with our goal of providing equitable healthcare to all strata of society, we have developed a unique health plan with wide benefits of international standard.

These include:-

 

1. Cost and supply of prescribed drugs and medications by the GP

2. Cost of all prescribed drugs and medications for all conditions in the policy

3. Hospital admission including feeding.

4. Laboratory Investigation i.e.

   • Routine and Specialist investigations

   • X-rays and Scans (As stated in the breakdown of Policy Benefits)

   • CT scan and MRI only for emergencies when necessary to establish a diagnosis. It is subject to approval from MH Healthcare Ltd.   

5. Specialist consultation

6. Treatment for fractures and orthopaedic conditions (See benefit table for limit)

7. Treatment for minor surgical conditions (See benefit table for limit)

8. Ear, nose and throat diseases management

9. Dental care these include the following:

   • Simple extractions

   • Amalgam filling

   • Primary dental care 

NB:           These procedures shall be carried out at our referral.

1. Ophthalmology care these include:

   • Eye test and Treatment

   • Eye glasses and frames (For Principal Only-See benefit table for limit)

1. Out–patient and in-patient consultation including treatment

2. Paediatrics care which include:

   • Child health services

   • Immunization/child welfare services (NPI ONLY)

   • Specialist consultations treatment

   • Circumcision

   • Ear piercing

3. Physiotherapy up to a maximum of 12 sessions

4. Treatment for mental disorder up to a maximum of twenty one (21) days

5. Emergency services which include:

   • Evacuation by land ambulance (Nigeria only)

   • Life saving treatment for medical and surgical conditions, these are not limited to MH Healthcare Ltd. Hospital Directory.

1. Obstetrics and Gynaecological care which include:

   • Antenatal care/maternity services up to four live births Only.

   • Cost of delivery

   • Post natal care ( 28 day)

   • Treatment of fibroid excluding surgery

Within their policy year, enrollees shall have access to qualitative and equitable healthcare with no overall financial limit.

All treatment shall be carried out in Nigeria except where a prior arrangement has been made for treatment to be carried out elsewhere in the world.
