ESTABLISHMENT OF MEDICAL FACILITY AT OFFICE SITE
As part of our optional benefit we render to our clients, particularly for industries and farm houses, we establish in-house clinic depending on the demand of such establishment.
Usually siting of such medical facility will involve the following.
● Provision of clinic equipments
● Provision of drugs and other consumables
● Provision of ambulance to convey any referred case to any of our nearest hospital for more intensive medical attention of need be.
● Provision of clinic personnel including medical personnel that is, doctors, nurses and ward maid /cleaners
● In case of evacuation from the shore of this country, there is a firm arrangement with ORACLEMED and BUPA. The agreement usually reached depends on location of site and the country to which such evacuation is to be made.

Emergency Life Support (Nationwide
In support of our vision to provide better-quality healthcare service delivery to all, we have taken advantage of the unutilized capacities in hospitals to set-up the ambulance and first-aid treatment outfit in Nigeria by forming strategic alliance with hospitals who own ambulances across the country. Presently, we have concluded arrangements in some states of the Federation and arrangements in the other states are ongoing.

Four Biological Children (Up to 23yrs of Age) – The children must be single but STIs and pregnancy related issues will not be covered.
N.B - Enrollees that are above 60 years can buy a policy that is exclusively for the elderly. Also, pregnancy before taking up the policy will not be covered by the HMO
POLICY EXCLUSIONS (FEE-FOR-SERVICE ILLNESSES)
The policy shall exclude the following conditions:

Treatment of cancer and organ failure.

Treatment of Infertility.
-
All congenital anomalies.
-
Treatment of HIV/AIDS and related opportunistic infections (To be managed at Govt. Centers)

Provision of hearing aids.

Major eye surgeries e.g. Cataract extractions, Glaucoma, Retinal Detachment, Laser Eye surgery etc.
-
Provision of Braces, Composite filling, Capping and Restorative Dental procedures and Orthodontics.
-
Cosmetic Surgeries and Provision of prosthesis.
-
Treatment and maintenance in a mental home in excess of twenty one (21) days in a policy year.

All chronic illness (e.g. Diabetes, Cancer, Stroke, Arthritis, Heart disease etc)
-
Pre-existing conditions including pregnancy before inception of the policy are not covered.

Physiotherapy in excess of 12 sessions in a policy year.
-
Complications arising from poor medical practice, if it occurs prior to inception of policy, due to care accessed outside our accredited provider facilities or if it occurred due to the use of traditional medical treatment.

High tech investigations e.g. CT scan, MRI and Contrast Studies.

Hormonal replacement therapy.

Expenses incurred outside Nigeria except where this has been included pre negotiated in premium rating before commencement of policy.

Complicated surgeries such as Heart, Liver, Prostate surgeries, Neurosurgery, Cardio-thoracic surgery etc.

Work related accident or illness, which shall be covered under Workman’s Compensation Scheme.

Bodily injury sustained under the influence of intoxicating liquor, hard drugs or drugs other than those taken in accordance with treatment prescribed by a doctor.

Bodily injury sustained while participating in extreme sports like mountaineering, hand gliding, parachuting, horse racing, motor or motorcycle racing etc
-
Bodily injury sustained from war, riot strike, mutiny, civil commotion or any illegal act such as fighting.

Embalmment and Autopsies.

Treatment resulting from engaging in physical combat (e.g. street fighting, domestic fighting)
